As noted in previous bloggings, Kentucky continues to lead the way for Hemp production. This one is significant because now BOTH Senators from Kentucky have publicly made their stance clear. It may only seem like two, but with both Senators and a small but growing voter/small business base voicing their willingness to make it happen, this could be a turn.
Other states need to take this and run with it. Hemp can rebuild economies for agri-centric
